My journey in healthcare started 12 years ago. While having over a decade of experience working as a nurse in a variety of settings. I noticed the challenges that facilities face regarding staffing. For You Solutions was started in 2020 from a dining room table where Raymesha Alford began a journey as a independent nurse contractor to help her community and provide care for people she respected. The main focus is on temporary short term contracts to alleviate medical staffing in Shreveport, LA.
